Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MovMe LLC website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MovMe LLC provides fitness equipment rental services. We deliver, install, maintain, and retrieve fitness equipment for residential and commercial customers in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid credit card in your name
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have a suitable location for equipment installation
• Reside within our service area

3. Rental Agreement

When you rent equipment from MovMe LLC:

• You agree to pay all rental fees as specified in your selected plan
• The minimum rental period is 3 months unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period
• Equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• You must notify us of any damage or malfunction immediately

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms:

• Rental fees are charged monthly on the date of initial delivery
• A security deposit may be required based on equipment value
• Late payments incur a fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater
• We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Delivery and Installation

Our delivery service includes:

• Professional delivery to your specified location
• Complete assembly and installation of equipment
• Basic operational instruction
• Removal of all packaging materials

You must ensure adequate clearance and access for delivery. Failure to provide suitable conditions may result in additional fees or rescheduled delivery.

6. Equipment Care and Maintenance

During the rental period:

• You are responsible for basic cleaning and care of equipment
• Report any malfunctions or damage immediately
• Do not attempt repairs yourself
• Keep equipment in an indoor, climate-controlled environment
• Prevent unauthorized use of equipment

7. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation terms:

• Provide 30 days written notice for cancellation
• Early termination fees apply for cancellations before minimum period
• We will schedule equipment pickup within 7 business days
• Equipment must be accessible for pickup
• Security deposits refunded after equipment inspection

8. Liability and Insurance

MovMe LLC maintains general liability insurance. However:

• You assume all risks associated with using fitness equipment
• We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You are responsible for your own health and safety
• MovMe is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use

9. Damages and Fees

You may be charged for:

• Damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Missing parts or accessories
• Stolen equipment (without police report)
• Late cancellation or no-show for scheduled appointments
• Cleaning fees for excessively dirty equipment

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
